Life Insurance covers you for four times your annual basic salary, capped at £870,000.

Cash Plan scheme
Participation in our cash plan scheme (Level 1 cover) allowing you to claim back some of the costs of everyday healthcare, including dental, optical and complimentary therapies.
Development and Welfare Allowance
All employees receive a £360 annual allowance (pro-rata for FTE) for personal development and well-being. This can be used for activities that improve work performance.
Via the Zhoosh portal, you could use your £30 monthly allowance for upgrading healthcare benefits (Medicash), adding a partner to healthcare (Medicash) or accessing Cycle2Work.
Beyond the Zhoosh portal, you could use the allowance for conferences, courses, coaching, or therapy (Spill). For opportunities outside Zhoosh, inform your line manager. For costs under £50, book and expense it. For costs over £50, submit a request for central payment or expense it.
