To help you make informed decisions about your benefits, we’ve partnered with the approachable and friendly benefit consultants at Zhoosh. They’ll be there to assist you and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your benefits.
Our aim is simple: to give you the freedom and control so you can tailor your benefits in a way that suits you best. We’ve decided to provide you with an allowance that can be allocated across a wide array of benefits. We believe this approach will provide you with the best possible benefits package.
What you can expect from this new
Package
Pension
Membership in our pension scheme.
Life Insurance
Life insurance covering you for five times your annual basic salary. Currently capped at £550,000 (due to our company size), with potential for increased limits in the future.
Private Medical Care
Access to our Private Medical Scheme, providing you with a broad range of hospitals, covering pre-existing medical conditions, and with no excess on claims.
Income Protection
Membership in our income protection scheme, ensuring 75% of your income is protected for up to two years in the event of sickness.
Cash Plan Scheme
Participation in our cash plan scheme, allowing you to claim back some of the costs of everyday healthcare, including dental, optical, and complementary therapies.
Dental Care
Membership of our dental scheme, offering support with dental restorative costs.
In addition, you'll have a
£100 Monthly Allowance
In addition to these core benefits, we’re granting you a monthly £100 allowance to enhance your coverage and access additional benefits.
Critical Illness Cover
Purchase Critical Illness Cover, up to five times your basic salary (capped at £500,000).
Pension Top-Up
Increase your pension contributions.
Family Medical Care
Add your immediate family to your private medical policy.
Extended Cash Plan
Add your partner and/or upgrade your cash plan policy.
Family Dental Care
Include your immediate family and/or upgrade your dental cover.
