Can I give different benefits to different people?
Yes, you can. You may want to offer unique benefits to your executives or a particular scheme to junior colleagues. The benefits dashboard employees see on the Zhoosh Platform is based on their employee level, so they see only the benefits and associated levels that are relevant to them.
Can we have more substantial benefits along with perks?
Of course! We’re an independent benefit broker, so we can access the whole market and offer more substantial schemes, such as group life insurance, critical illness insurance, private medical insurance, etc.

How do we manage the tax liability with benefit in kind schemes?
Zhoosh simplifies managing the tax liability associated with P11D schemes. Reports are automatically generated and sent to your HR/payroll department, saving time and the associated admin headaches.

When are annual benefit windows required?
Annual Benefits Windows are set periods in the year when employees can change their benefits, such as opting in or out of a scheme or increasing/decreasing their levels of cover. These windows are necessary for many insurance products, including Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance. Some soft benefits, such as Cycle to Work, can be changed more regularly. We’ll send you a handy, monthly report so your payroll team can quickly and easily amend payroll deductions.
How much work is involved in setting up the Zhoosh portal/app?
Onboarding is relatively straightforward (and our lovely Platform team will do 95% of the work for you), but timeframes from contract to launch can vary depending on the number of clients due to launch. We will always communicate timescales with you during your enquiry process, but we generally aim to get you up and running within a few weeks of contract signing.
Do you offer single sign on (SSO)?
We offer various SSO options, mainly Google, Microsoft, OKTA, and JumpCloud. SSO allows your employees easy, secure access to the Platform.
Are monthly changes in benefit choices difficult to manage?
We have made this as simple as possible to administer from a client’s perspective. The Zhoosh Platform reports monthly changes, so you need only update your payroll deductions.
Do you support with claims?
We support employees any time they want to make a claim against their insurance or other plan type. Just get in touch if you want some help and we’ll talk you through the process.
