"We launched a new benefits programme with Zhoosh in October, implementing core benefits such as life insurance, a health cash plan and pensions salary sacrifice. Zhoosh have been a fantastic partner and support in all aspects of this process, from quotations and benefit selection to the roll out and implementation. I'd particularly highlight their support with employee communications, quickly providing drafts and FAQs for us to use as the basis of our employee communications, which saved us a lot of time and thought. We have also found the Zhoosh portal really simple, effective and easy to use for employees to select their choices, to administer the programmes, and pick up monthly payroll changes. Zhoosh have been very proactive at suggesting new benefits that we can offer our employees at no or low cost to us, including a wellbeing programme, enhanced discount schemes, and holiday buy. Lastly, but by no means least, they are very responsive, and quick to respond to general and day to day queries.
